In order to receive credit/compensation for a sale, Realtor® must be the procuring cause of the sale, as evidenced by his/her accompanying the prospective buyer to the High Meadow Estate community sales center at the time of the first visit, and that visit resulting in a sale. The Realtor® and prospective buyer must register using the appropriate High Meadow Estate documentation to validate their relationship.
